Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar’s vigil on its 218th day

URFA - While Emine and Ferit Şenyaşar’s ‘’justice vigil’’ in front of the Urfa Courthouse has been going on for 218 days, the family shared this message on their social media account: ‘’Truths will come out one day definitely.’’
 
Justice vigil, which was started in front of the Urfa Courthouse by Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons as a result of the attack of AKP MP İbrahim Halil Yıldız’s bodyguard and relatives, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who survived the attack with injuries, on its 218th day. Emine and Ferit, who come to the area called ‘’Şenyaşar Family Justice Corner’’ in the early hours of the morning by traveling 45 kilometers from their houses in Suruç district, continue their vigil without a banner due to the seizure of their banners on the 200th day of the vigil.
 
While the family informed the lawyers and citizens who came to the courthouse about the injustice they experienced, they shared the following message by tagging the accounts of Urfa Chief Public Prosecutor, Istanbul Bar Association Chairperson Mehmet Durakoğlu and the General Assembly of the Parliament from their social media account: ‘’Despite this injustice in front of the courthouse, there is hope in every breath we take. Even though the authorities in Şanlıurfa Palace of Justice do not hear, there are those who do. Truths will come out one day definitely...’’
