NEWS CENTER - Northern and Eastern Syria Autonomous Administration Education and Training Committee included Jineology in the 2021-2022 academic year curriculum.

 

In the 2021-2022 academic year, which started on September 12 in Northern and Eastern Syria, high school students will take a Jineology course. Jineology, which was also trained in previous years, was temporarily suspended due to some changes in the content of the materials. The Jineology course, which was added to the curriculum again this year, will be given in Kurdish and Arabic under the scientific and literary part of the 11th grade.

 

In the Jineology course, there are many topics such as solutions to social problems, unique women's problems, violence against women and the common ground of social sciences. The book includes issues and solutions to problems such as the difference and danger between the sexes, sexism, the problem of masculine mentality and its impact on social life.

 

According to the statement of the Northern and Eastern Syria Autonomous Administration Education Committee, the Jineology course will also be given to the 12th graders next year.
