Hasibe stated: "In the person of Mr. Öcalan, isolation is imposed on the whole society. The reason for the government's pressure and arrests is the reason for the revolt against the government. Whatever the crime is, an approach that is not suitable for human dignity is never acceptable. We would like to say that we will not accept this. Mr. Öcalan has not been allowed to interview his family and lawyers for a long time. The short duration of the last phone call is an indication that they are afraid of Mr. Öcalan's thoughts."

'We will end the isolation with the pioneering of women'

'Isn't it a sin?'

Hanım Tanrıverdi, a wife of Ramazan Tanrıverdi, who is staying in Diyarbakır High-Security F-Type Closed Prison, greeted the hunger strikes in prisons and said that her husband has been in prison for 30 years and they have not been able to celebrate the feast for 30 years. "I also want the authorities to spend only one feast away from their spouse and children. Maybe then they will understand what we are going through and treat them accordingly. God has prohibited persecution. But now we are looking everywhere there is cruelty. We are Kurds and we continue to be Kurds. We are experiencing so much punishment and pressure because we are Kurds. They gave my husband a one-month phone call ban because he did not accept the raids on the wards. It is a pity, isn't it a sin?" she reacted to what happened.

'The isolation in İmralı should be lifted'

Stating that they get struggle to end the isolation, she finally said the following words: "If the isolation imposed on Abdullah Öcalan does not come to an end, the isolation imposed on society will not end. Why are they so enemies of the Kurdish people? All other peoples have a leader too. The leader of the Kurdish people is Öcalan. If the İmralı doors are opened and the dialogue process begins, this war will end. It cannot get anywhere with arrests and pressures. Öcalan has always favored peace and wanted equality. We also want this, and the isolation imposed in İmralı should be lifted as soon as possible."
