ANKARA - HDP Spokesperson Ebru Günay told CHP Spokesperson Faik Öztrak, who criticized their party for using the expression Armenian Genocide, “We will not learn to be anti-imperialists from you. Know your place".

 

Upon the Peoples' Democratic Party's (HDP) Central Executive Board's written statement on the anniversary of April 24, 1915, that the events were described as "Armenian Genocide", Republican People's Party (CHP) General Vice President and Party Spokesperson Faik Öztrak, who criticized the HDP for conducting self-defeating politics in the shadow of the imperialists. The answer came from HDP Party Spokesperson Ebru Günay.

 

Ebru's response to Faik Öztrak with a post she made on her social media account is as follows: "There is a balance not only for people but also for politics. There is also a limit and balance of scattering mind from comfortable areas, principal erosion and approaching power step by step. We are not going to learn from you to be anti-imperialists. Know your place!"
