	DİYARBAKIR - At the hearing of journalist Nurcan Yalçın, it was noteworthy that the court board asked for information on whether there was an investigation initiated against our agency, although Nurcan did not work for our agency.

	&nbsp;

	The 4th hearing of the lawsuit filed against journalist Nurcan Yalçın for "being a member of a terrorist organization" and "making propaganda for a terrorist organization" within the scope of the investigation launched against the Rosa Women's Association in Diyarbakır was held at the 9th High Criminal Court of Diyarbakır. While Nurcan did not attend the hearing, her lawyer Resul Temur was present.

	At the hearing, the prosecution first requested that the Diyarbakır Public Prosecutor be submitted to the parties of the file to convey its opinion on the merits.

	Hearing postponed

	&nbsp;

	The court board decided to request information about whether there is an investigation launched against Jinnews, despite Nurcan's declaration that she does not work for our agency Jinnews. In addition, the court board decided to submit the file to the prosecution and postponed the hearing to September 29.
